Morality Changes Explanation

The MO system now distinguishes "spending" MO (angel skills where you spend moral standing to bargain with the Powers for something) from moral "sinning". Also some actions for which MO is meant to be the downside in practice had no downside because of stronghold overrides so stronghold overrides have been adjusted to respond to them more intelligently.

The following are considered "spending" MO. They will be exempt from Judgment notifications and Judgment Nimbus damage from a Harbinger but will also not be prevented by being in a Good stronghold:
Radiant Storm
Wrathful Smite
Sanctify Spell
Scarred Nails
Sin Eater
Using a Virtuecaster (should one exist)
Overcoming Doubt
Mask of the Penitent
Mask of the Martyr
Mask of the Impassive (including renewing it)
Fists of Holy Resolve
Mask of Vengeance
Benevolent Safeguard
Shield of Mercy
Lamp of Clinging Purity
Channel Virtue

The following are "sinning" moral actions that a stronghold will not protect you from. Stronghold overrides are about combat (and to a lesser degree as a demon, healing). They should not prevent other things that ding your MO for which MO is the intended balancing cost:
Making kills as a Dark Oppressor's vassal
Killing goods/neutrals with Font traps (already exists)
Acid and Unholy damage as an angel
Electric and Holy damage GAIN as a demon
Casting glyphs vs good as a good character
Active infusing as a Dark Oppressor's vassal
Using Blood Ice
Using Soul Ice
Losing MO to an Arcane Book
Losing MO to an Unholy Book
Using demonic boons
Cutting a deal for Planar Protection in Stygia
Blood Writing
People drowning from your Deluge, if we re-enable that
