Member of my faction (Golden Bold) recapped from Toad Men of Illagoth.
Toad Men also have the flags of All Your Souls, Scales of Namm the Vigilant, and Nexal Crusaders. Apparently none of these showed up as other standards to reclaim. We're all set to friendly with one another.

There was a patch that made it so you can't recapture flags of factiosn you have an alt in.
