Locked out of buying T3 skills after buyback

I bought back a 60 CP skill on my character ID 11156, putting my totals at 600 (90/180/330), but when I go to buy a 90 CP skill I get this message:

Dustin Henderson has spent too few Character Points on earlier-tier abilities to purchase the Vengeful Gremlins skill! You need to have spent at least 70 CP on Tier 1 skills and have spent 90 total. You need to have spend at least 250 CP on Tier 1 and 2 skills and have spent 220 total.

My T1 and T2 add up to 270, but it thinks I've only spent 220 for some reason. I thought maybe it was because I started another buyback of a 20 CP T2 skill, but even then I would still be at 250, so I don't know where it's getting 220 from.
