Ele / Pet: Summoning action resulted in no pet spawn

Hellos,
Athru the Elementalist went to summon an Undine with all conditions being met. Clicked button, text appeared and MP was deducted but no pet spawned. Images below for reference.
Subsequently produced enough MP to summon again and summoned absolutely fine.
Never had it happen before. Pets are on autonaming.

Saw this as Doc Savage, a Lightspeaker:
- You concentrate your faith. Soon, with a clicking sound, motes of light begin to appear, followed by whirling gears, which assemble themselves into a Judgemaster. You spent 20 Magic Points to call the Judgemaster into being. (2022-01-22 19:49:32).
But no Judgemaster was added to my list.
Also recently saw cases where rejuvenation ate the MP to no effect. Appears to happen in the presence of other pet masters. Experiments with seclusion have not yielded the same issues.

And again but with a Sylph. Below only produced one, the first.

Happened to my HC summoning Locust inside a vault of enlightenment that had a bunch of other pets in it.

Carrot had a similar issue today, summoned a hellhound, mp taken but no doggie

Can confirm this bug, had the same thing happen today and once a week or so ago.

I've thoroughly tested every last pet skill and class on devserver and could not reproduce this at any level under any circumstances. That means the cause must be performance in the live game.
