Phoenix missing Affinity bonus from Enhanced Summoning

Ember and Salamander seem to be getting the damage bonus but not Phoenix.

can't replicate on dev, presumably issue is that you haven't resummoned phoenix since last improving its damage capacity

This, Enhanced Summoning applies on the next summoning action, not immediately on skill purchase.
I'll update the wiki to explain this.
