skill: Tattoo of the Mystic Shafts

I wish it could change the damage type between Slashing and Arcane like the Bow of Frostbite and the Oaken Greatbow can. Arcane is cool but Conduit and HC can be immune to it.
If I were forced to choose a single damage type for the bow, I'd prefer Slashing.

This is a good idea and is in design with other welcome B5 innate balance changes. I'll see what I can do. Promoted for now.
