Feet of the Wind eliminates chance of chain death

If I can safely walk over the void itself I should be able to walk over chain tiles without falling to my death.

Chain death is prevented by planar protection I believe. As well as being transcendent. It's the closest thing to planar damage purgatorio has, maybe don't go romping around in the heart of enemy territory without preparations.

Frankly I think flying shouldn't prevent it, logic be damned. The movement skill of nearly all the angelic and demonic classes is the ability to fly, and who doesn't take the movement skill?

But the current state of it is utterly moronic
You can just go around the chain tiles and there's no problem

I could get behind random chance that the non land tiles in purg suck non transcendents down into the endless void randomly.

It's an angelic skill in a hostile plane. This should stay the way it is, or void should get more hazards.
