Explosive Murder: Buff

Proposal - an outright buff to Explosive Murder ability (the 40 CP version). Anyone hit by such EM will receive 5 minutes of Hellfire status. If the late Pariah also has the Hellfire ability the duration is 10 minutes rather than 5 minutes.
