Mark of the Assassin, and its child skills feel like huge hit or misses. VW's damage seems high enough that marks will last little to no time. Plus some of them outright outclass the rest, and some are weak or incredibly situational for how much their setup cost.

Would suggest the following rework:
  • Base skill grants both mark and buff. Buff is rather small but works against any target. Mark is still situational, reserved to take out the hardiest targets.
  • Child skills improve either mark, buff or both.
    • Buff improvements should be situational (on low HP, from hiding), or come with equivalent drawbacks (bypassing soak = losing soak).
    • Mark improvements could simply power it up, reward the VW for mark kills or allow for easier marking / mark spreading.
