Sanctuary prayer should check hideability

More of a reminder to myself to code this than anything - In A World Where historic enhanced senses are no longer a thing, if a place isn't searchable it shouldn't be hideable, even with a super inconvenient rare prayer that requires huge luck or sunk resources.
