Skill: allow Inviolate Form owners to receive Last Rites

At present, an Advocate with Inviolate Form cannot be given Last Rites, and thus always has to pay full cost for respawning. This is annoying when you know everyone *else* is getting Last Rites, just not you.
I'd really like IF Advocates to be eligible for Last Rites, or alternately given a simple discount to respawn cost by default – our mortal remains are
holy and stuff, after all.
