Extend the effect of these skills to barricades and fortifications.

What, why?
Do Barricades/Forts take extra damage from Arcane/etc?
Doesn't this ruin the Fire Capstone?

Fair, but it otherwise prevents Archons from benefitting from Incarnation of Vengeance.
Amended suggestion:
Sanctify/Deep?/Taint can be freely applied against forts & barricades.
