Skills: Merge Melee Combat and Hand-to-Hand Combat

Merge Melee Combat and Hand-to-Hand Combat. It would be neat if Melee Combat was a bit more like Ranged Combat, covering several combat trees. You could even rename it something like Close Quarters Combat.

While swordfighting and punching require different technique, the footwork and keeping and enemy within reach basics should be shared.
So this makes complete sense to me.
