Give Psychometry the functionality of "for some ap and some more mp you get to see the overall infusion levels of the neighborhood you're in", it doesn't have to be anything too precise, just like "this neighborhood is mostly infused by Good" or "out of 20 tiles, 15 are infused by Good, 3 by Evil and 2 by Neutrals"
maybe make child skills so you can be more precise in your readings?
