Doomstrike additional damage

I'm enjoying my Doomstrike very much, it is now my default attack. But I don't understand if the additional damage is working (or not).

Against a Seraph NPC:

1. You attack Adele Guzman with your Doomstrike and hit for 3 points of unholy damage. This attack drained an additional 2 MP from them and granted them to you! Her armor soaked 7 points of damage. This attack drained 2 MP from them and granted them to you! They were protected by a cloud of clockwork devices! You take 1 points of impact damage! You gain 3 XP. (2023-11-03 21:29:13). A normal Doomstrike: 10 dam.
2. Adele Guzman attacked you with a Clockwork Cannon and hit for 27 points of holy damage. This attack was charged with righteous power! (2023-11-03 21:29:13). with Blooded Fury my base damage increases to 11.
3. You attack Adele Guzman with your Doomstrike and hit for 4 points of cold damage. Your knowledge of magic have made the attack deal an additional 1 damage and changed it to the cold element! Her armor soaked 7 points of damage. This attack drained 2 MP from them and granted them to you! They were protected by a cloud of clockwork devices! You take 1 points of impact damage! You gain 4 XP. (2023-11-03 21:29:14). Shouldn't it be +5 dam?
