There's a significant uptick (it seems) in lag, especially around :10-:15
To the point where the entire screen freezes and actions don't go through. (The forums too incidentally are also lagging around the same time)

This might have been related to the pet tick issues that have been ongoing since the last update. I think it may be resolved for now, but please add to the report with any further issues. Noting game time, and maybe refresh time (as indicated at the bottom of the game screen) would be helpful. As of now regular page refresh is around 60-150ms and refresh on a pet tick is 400-900ms depending on current server load.
