Custom aspect cannot be changed

It just produces an error if you try and set a new aspect description.

It's worth mentioning for any other devs investigating this that I could reproduce this bug on the live server but could not reproduce the bug on the devserver.

To add some info to this bug, all of my characters with custom aspects came into B5 with aspect locks on, with the locked aspect being an older version of their custom aspect.

I tried "unlocking" stray cat as a test, I still couldn't edit the custom aspect (same error message as before) and now after respawning stray cat is "a young boy with a light brown mop of a hairdo and a bored expression on his face." OH! THE SEMI-INHUMANITY!
So it make have something to do with custom aspects being treated as locked aspects?

I tested this post-patch and it looks like this one has been fixed.
