This is incorrect. According to the wiki, the stronghold ward actually has -25% defense.

While this Basic form of Cloak of Vengeance is active, the Holy Champion will deal +1 damage and have +5% accuracy with innate and spell attacks. Way of Lightning + Athleticism doesn't give half ap movement on mountains. I'm pretty sure it does on other double movement tiles though.
