NPCs are a drop in the slice bucket. Overall they benefit good much more so, because good was previously the shortest on hunting targets. Evil alchemy has the virtue of not being a damned pain in the arse, which I can't say about good and neutral alchemy. Don't make it also painful, make none of it ...

I don't think cutting past breath veterancy completely would be great. A system that drops people's current rank mid breath without properly overhauling the system away from grinds would be a rocky change IMO. really think a compromise which rewards current breath AND previous breath achievements eq...

Character killed while invisible doesn't appear in other people's log
Using overlord senses I attacked and killed an invisible character. Nobody else on the tile saw a death message.
Not sure if that's deliberate (since the character was invisible), but it seems odd that nobody noticed me making a nasty burned up corpse out of nowhere?

The only capstone where I would brook the argument is the aligned ones, where it would be an actual buff. Fire is meh now that barricades are gone, death only needs a single T3 autohit and it's fully applied, so -2 damage is a straight nerf. Everything else is balanced enough. But really if you're n...

The SH status doesn't seem to be working to spec. It would be nice to have a better way of gauging whether a faction has been raided recently that was actually reliable.

Strong agree that at least T2 ranged spell buff+cost should be reverted. I feel like the T2 dart cost should be reverted too (and associated buff if any). Since the T3 auto-hit cost was unchanged the use case for T2 auto-hit became a lot less compelling. Capstone on T2 touch might be a little crazy...

Most of those sound like pros not cons to me. I'd leave the current total rank cap, so a fully ground character would never need to bother grinding in a new breath. I definitely wouldn't want to see in-breath grinding become required for players with all the other grind that would be awful. Basicall...

I don't think new players should be protected from getting killed. I think it goes against the spirit of the game. I think they should be rewarded for dying more explicitly.
