I'd generally interpret it as no (since no other self healing does) and this was extremely easy to fix.

This was surprisingly easy to code.

It’ll be in the next patch. Also, font creators will be notified when their font dies.

I'm hoping that a hotfix post-patch fix on the last patch that solved an issue introduced by the last patch also solved this series of bugs. Let me know if you still see them.

This is more of a Suggestion, this is always how the skill was intended to work. The argument could be made that it should work differently.
