Issue here was due to an apostrophe in the character's name. This has been corrected in the next patch for future max-outs of Jacques S'er - sorry, Great!

This turns out not to be a bug; the character in question (ID 9597) is named "Kael " (with the trailing space character after the L)

This is not technically a bug; the intent of the skill is to allow you to use this when the character is "Dead" to ease their respawn cost. Usually you expect characters to have just one corpse, but as noted it is possible that many corpses may exist for a single character. The corpse does not need ...
