UI: Color Code Spellgems by Type

To make it easier to scan your inventory at a glance, color code spellgems by type Blue for Cold, Brown for Impact, Green for Death, etc. Attached is a partial mockup of the idea (have no idea on what color utility spells should be, anyone with a better idea can contribute).

Skill: Divine Investiture Buffer

Make it so the extra +1 Soak applies at 35 MO, rather than 40 MO. Since the Paladin's signature skill is exchanging 5 MO for MP, having a buffer would make it much more viable to actually use said signature skill.

I think permanent phasing for the IB should just be done away with, perhaps even phasing in general for the class. Is it really necessary to discourage Goods from killing each other? They already have multiple reasons not to. I'm not even sure why negative resistance would be necessary either, given that their innate armors are already weaker against the opposite alignments and they can't enchant armors to prote...
